Return the equipment on your agreed date. Your rental is already paid. We inspect returns and provide a separate payment link for any damage charges or applicable tax still due. Damaged totes cost $8 each. Cleaned equipment becomes available again.

How do payment and refunds work?

Pay the full rental amount through secure Stripe checkout after checking availability. This covers your totes, selected dollies, and delivery and pickup. There is no extra $35 deposit. Use your private booking link to manage or cancel your booking and preview your refund. New bookings receive a full refund at least 24 hours before the booked start; inside 24 hours, a $35 fee is retained, limited to the amount paid. After equipment goes out, unused time is not automatically refunded. If we cancel, you receive a full refund. Existing bookings keep their original accepted terms. Each damaged tote adds $8 after return and inspection. The team provides a separate payment link for damage charges and any applicable tax not yet collected.

What does a week cost?

Totes are $3.75 each per week, with a 10-tote minimum. Twenty totes cost $75. Delivery and pickup together add $50 once per booking. Each dolly adds $10 per rental week. Twenty totes, one dolly, and delivery for one week total $135 before any applicable taxes.

Where do you deliver?

Can pickup be at my new address?

Yes. Enter your starting address for delivery and your destination for pickup. Both addresses must be within our confirmed service area. Delivery and pickup cost $50 combined per booking.

What can I use the totes for?

Moving apartments or homes, college move-ins, office moves, temporary storage, and organizing. Choose the tote count that fits your belongings; we do not assign a guaranteed bedroom capacity to each package.

Can I keep the totes longer?
